With significant growth in business and number of locations, national casual dining chain BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, needed extra space for onsite storage. BJ’s came to Tuff Shed looking for a storage solution that would fit into the style and size requirements on their already established properties and comply with building codes as well as food service industry regulations.
Tuff Shed designed a pair of 3’x9’ buildings used primarily to house restaurant linens and serve as storage units for extra kegs. Both buildings are built to exacting specifications, including rodent barrier protection and custom interior shelving, and are installed directly against the interior wall of a cinder block loading dock enclosure. The placement of the Lean-To’s provides optimal water drainage along with keeping a uniform structural style in the enclosure. The buildings are now part of the overall restaurant building spec for every new or remodeled BJ’s restaurant location.
The Tuff Shed Advantage:
- Integrated rodent barrier protection
- Custom interior shelving
- Designed to fit in tight installation areas
- Replicable building design
