Plus, our products and services are designed to be easily scalable, with our building specifications often identified as the standard in project requirements or bid packages.
We’ll take the worry out of your project, handling everything from initial consultation to final installation. Here’s how our process works.
Commercial and government entities turn to Tuff Shed with a variety of specific building needs. During our initial consultation, we’ll work with you to understand your building specs, budget and timeline. Whether your job is a simple, single structure or a complex, multi-unit project, we’ll establish a clear plan of action. Each project starts with an assessment designed to clearly define the scope.
Based upon the discovery from the first step in our process, we get to work with initial building design and a project estimate. We do offer standard building designs, but that’s really just the start. We can easily accommodate any number of custom components and materials. That includes different siding and roofing types, custom door and window openings, building sizes and wall heights, even interior finishes and climate controls. At this stage, we’ll provide you with your building specifications, present you with various options, and supply you with an initial cost estimate with line itemization.
Having an in-house engineering department means that our plans can quickly and easily be integrated with your broader project plans. Depending on the requirement, either standard drawings (no additional cost), project/site-specific drawings, or wet-stamped original engineered plans will be provided. We work with clients to review every aspect of the building plan, and will assist in obtaining local building permits when required.
Once payment is rendered or Purchase Order is issued, we work with clients to establish a delivery/installation date. Different delivery methods (pre-assembled or on-site assembly) are available depending on the project site and customer requirements. In both cases, installation of the Tuff Shed building is included in the project price. When part of a broader project or when local trades are required, we coordinate with other subcontractors.
Last year alone, we built over 1,000 solutions for more than 800 businesses and government offices. If you’re interested in maximizing your space, and your ROI, let’s talk.
